Lock art and budget before the vehicle arrives.
The RV was ready May 26, but artwork took until June 19 and the operating budget was still open. Setting both first would have saved weeks.

Human Touch × Invisionary · St. George territory pilot
Recover. Relax. Recharge.

What the pilot has already taught us
The RV was ready May 26, but artwork took until June 19 and the operating budget was still open. Setting both first would have saved weeks.
With one graphic designer out for two weeks, the whole wrap timeline stopped. A backup designer or approved template would keep it moving.
Outside vendors expect a material deposit on large jobs. Building that into the process keeps them on schedule and on good terms.
The ask: humantouch.com/stgeorge. Customers get every feature of the corporate site — the full catalog, colors, videos and financing — with a dedicated QR code for events, tracking on who clicks and inquires, and payment going straight to corporate. Same corporate tools and visuals, with the territory finally getting credit for what it sells.
Year two: what happens after Phase 4
By March 2028, Human Touch has a proven mobile franchise model: one territory running a full calendar, permanent lounge placements producing recurring revenue, a second territory launched from the playbook, and a licensing package that sells itself.
A full 12-month calendar of its own, roughly 40 to 50 confirmed events built from the 2026 schedule, with the RV working weekly from March through October and corporate wellness and senior living filling the winter. Target: double year one's events, with a per-event sales average the license model can be priced against.
Every golf course and resort placement, starting with The Ledges, Sand Hollow and Pecan Valley, moves from a one-day activation to chairs that live there. Target: 6 to 10 permanent placements across Washington and Iron counties, plus the first hotel, gym and med spa placements.
The whole point of the pilot. A second territory opens using the HT 101 guide, the show calendar, the CRM and the franchise web page, and runs events within 60 days instead of the 192 days St. George needed. Target: one new licensed territory live and two more in pre-sale.
With attribution in place the unit's sales are measurable, so year two decides whether Human Touch funds unit two out of what unit one produces. Target: a second mobile unit approved and spec'd from everything learned on this one, ready for a spring 2028 season.
